Founded in 1964, SHS Personnel is the oldest locally owned and operated staffing agency in Richmond, Virginia. SHS Personnel is the registered trade name of S-H-S International of Richmond, Inc. SHS Personnel has been owned and managed for 24 years by W. Bruce Swartz, who is a Certified Personnel Consultant and holds B.S. and M.Ed. degrees from the College of William and Mary in Virginia. Mr. Swartz and the other SHS account executives collectively offer over half a century of recruiting experience to assist you with all of your hiring and employment needs.
