Experience: 1-2 years in customer service experience in a medical or insurance-oriented environment. Must be fluent in English and Spanish, and have strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Job Description: Will work in a professional department speaking with patients who have chronic health issues about treatment plans and costs. Will work Monday through Friday on a day shift.
