Job Title: Loan processor/closer

Salary: $14/hr

Employee Type: Temporary (temp-to-hire)

Location: Richmond, Virginia

Education: 2-year college degree preferred; high school degree required

Experience: Must have at least 3 years of experience in high-volume title research. Experience in recording mutable documents with the court.

Required Travel: None

Job Description: Individual will be responsible for finalizing documentation for the sale of properties, researching titles, and obtaining proper financial documentation. This is a great opportunity to work at a top local law firm. Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Must have past experience working in a fast-paced environment, as well as being self-motivated.
