Job Title: Customer service representative

Salary: $40,000

Education: BA degree

Experience: 3-5 years of customer service / sales support experience in the hospitality industry. Need good phone skills including customer quality assurance, helpful attitude and clear speech. Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Required Travel: Yes (central Virginia, Washington, DC)

Relocation Covered: No

Job Description: Visit existing clients in the hospitality industry on a regular basis to follow up on sales / delivery of orders. Follow up on any service problems or problems with orders.
