As the employer of record, SHS assumes all obligations for our temporary employees’ wages, payroll deductions, unemployment insurance and workers’ compensation. Temporary to Full-time Personnel Service

Our temporary to full-time personnel service is designed to alleviate the administrative burden of recruiting, evaluating, screening, and interviewing full-time employees. We provide highly skilled and prescreened temporary employees to our customers, who may become eventual full-time employees. This gives our customers the unique option to evaluate an employee onsite before making a final hiring decision – ensuring the new employee is a good fit with co-workers, company culture and day-to-day responsibilities.

Our evaluation period minimizes hiring risk. SHS retains the employee on our payroll for a set number of hours as a temporary while you evaluate his/her performance. If an employee is not a good fit during the course of the evaluation period, we will find a replacement candidate.
